The following application gives us an overview of your financial situation. Do not assume that poor credit performance will disqualify you, but dishonesty about your history will.  We look at a wide range of information including job and rental history, income, down payment, and other factors.

A separate application will need to be filled out by each adult in the household.

To qualify at the least you must have:

- a reasonable down payment
- no recent evictions or recent judgements
- proof (pay stubs and/or tax returns) of monthly pretax income greater than 3 times the monthly payment

Application
